Our secure building at 136 East 39th Street (between Lexington and Third Avenues)
contains the following exclusive spaces that are available to rent.

• Bnai Zion Foundation, conveniently located near Grand Central Station, has office space and meeting space available.  
  
  The meeting space contains a state-of-the-art auditorium seating 200 theater-style or up to 150 at rounds, a gallery for 25 theater-style or for 20 at rounds or boardroom style, and a charming terrace for up to 100 people for use 'in season' (weather permitting)
  
  These areas are housed in a secure, kosher Midtown facility providing in-house catering and they
  |are available to rent for social, business, commercial, academic, performance and non-profit groups.

AUDITORIUM A hidden gem

• Available for social, business, commercial, academic and theatrical use, this state-of-the-art facility seats up to 200 theater-style, 150 for dinner (rounds) and 200+ in a cocktail setting. Full audio & visual systems are available.

GALLERY Charmingly situated

• Available for small groups up to 25 people theater-style or 20 for dinner, this room can also be set boardroom-style.

TERRACE Our urban oasis

• Available weather-permitting 'in season' for up to 100 people, the terrace can be set cocktail-style with small tables, or with rounds or theater style.
   

  OFFICE SPACE Great Benefits

• The office space, available for non-profits, is located on the lower lobby level and consists of 310 square feet. Security, reception, utilities, general office cleaning and mail room services are included and use of meeting rooms at special discounted rates is available.
